Here is the video of my sanda fight on 7th July 2013 with a bigger opponent.
I thought I won the rounds especially round 1 and was hoping to fight even better in round 3 but the rounds were given to the black corner.Nonetheless,take no credit off my opponent and he did a good job.It was a close fight which ended in a split decision and congrats to my worthy opponent !

Hi all,it has been way too long since I've updated the blog because of my National Service(NS) duties that every Singaporean man has to fulfill. Everyone has a unique NS experience in one way or another but I can say that mine is certainly one of the best,with honour and glory. I had to jump out of the aircraft from 1000 feet,undergo hardcore training in dense and humid forests and other vocational training to be qualified as a SAF commando.So this is me after so long


 


 So coming back to martial arts,specially invited from China,ex Sanda Champion Chen Chao and Beijing's National Sanda coach have recently conducted a Sanda instructor course here first time in Singapore.Here are some of the highlights:

2011 National Sanda/Sanshou Championships

Yesterday was the first day of the 2011 National Sanda/Sanshou Championship 60kg Youth category which I(in red) won the gold medal.Attached are the videos of round 1 and 2.Today will be day 2 of the event (:

This bout is between Singapore Koon San Sanshou team in red,facing off against Australia Sanda team in black.

Singapore won this match.
